Seed Community Church is a Gospel Centred Church, just across the bridge from Swan Hill. But our focus has always been and still is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Seed Community Church is a locally grown diverse multi-cultural Christian Church who are passionate to reach the Swan Hill Region with the Hope of Jesus.
We are a community of everyday people, convinced we’re not perfect, captivated by a real Jesus, excited about the future He offers and eager to authentically share this hope in Swan Hill and beyond.
